Welcome! Today I have some summer updates - this summer is a special one for me because I had the wonderful opportunity to do my second Suzuki Violin teacher training. Summer institutes will forever be a part of my education because I feel that I have found an organization that not only provides a wonderful community, but will support my desire for lifelong learning. I spent the second to last week of June in Beaver Creek, Colorado studying Unit 2 with Charles Krigbaum.
My friend Chloe and I attended the Colorado Suzuki Institute together to learn more about how to nurture our own studios after meeting in Seattle at our first teacher training. Chloe is a Suzuki Violin teacher in Fremont, California. See what she is doing at her studio here!
Next week I am off to Germany and Austria to visit close friends and explore music in this area of the world. Whether you are one of my current students, a former student, friends or family, I invite you to check back often for my latest blogs.
